We specialise in psychosocial support, particularly for those who have experienced suicide ideation or have made suicide attempts. Bo brings over 10 years of experience and a strong foundation in community services, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
With expertise in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and members of the LGBTIQ+ community, Bo combines practical knowledge with a deep understanding of mental health and support services.

Richard has a wealth of experience spanning over 8 years in the community services sector, focusing on supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families.
His background includes roles in Child Protection, Clinical Care Coordination with NSW Health, and providing Intensive Therapeutic Care.
Richard holds a diverse educational background with a Bachelor’s in Integrated Business Management, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance, and a Master’s in Social Work (Qualifying).
As a qualified Social Worker, he is dedicated to promoting equity and social inclusion, adopting a strengths-based approach to empower individuals and communities.
